How do I make a warranty claim?

For any Micro Center protection plans purchased on a product, or any Micro Center branded products such as Inland, Winbook or Powerspec, all warranty claims can be handled directly in your local store. If the product is under warranty, just bring it in and we will handle it from there.
Some TVs are eligible for on-site repairs. Please contact Technical Support for assistance with TV warranties. https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/tech-support.aspx
