How long will it take to get my computer or laptop serviced?

The time taken for computer repair services will vary depending on several factors, including but not limited to:

• The nature of the repair
• Part availability
• How busy the service queue is at your local Micro Center

When bringing a system in for repair, you will receive an estimate for how long an initial diagnosis will take.  Once we understand the scope of the issue, your technician will be able to give you a quote on the repair time.

If you have your Repair Order Number or Service Order Number, you can check the status at: https://www.microcenter.com/site/service/repair-order.aspx

Your Repair/Service Order Number should be located in your repair reservation email or on the top of your repair check-in form. Your service technician will also reach out to you occasionally with updates on the repair, or if they need any additional information to proceed.
