Do you offer Diagnostics?

We do offer a diagnostics service for computers in our store. This service will start at $39.99 and once the service technicians have completed the diagnostics, we will let you know the issues that were found with the computer. Below is a link with more information on our Diagnostic service:

If you have your Repair Order Number or Service Order Number, you can check the status at: https://www.microcenter.com/site/service/repair-order.aspx

Your Repair/Service Order Number should be located in your repair reservation email or on the top of your repair check-in form. Your service technician will also reach out to you occasionally with updates on the repair, or if they need any additional information to proceed.
