Need Help Choosing Parts

I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice.
I'd like to stay between $2000-2500 and keep the black/RGB theme.  What am I missing or what is too much? 
I want the best I can build for my money because I plan on keeping it for years with little to no changes.  
I plan on using it for video editing and heavy gaming/ streaming with higher graphics.  I may also pick up an oculus.
It seems 2070-2080 supers are sold out as well as 3080 anything.

This build looks really good.  I would look at the 3070 or the RX 6000 series GPUs as good options for your GPU and will work great with your video editing and heavy gaming.  No real changes I would make besides considering doing one RGB environment for your items like Corsair RAM and All In One Cooler
