I want an AMD build meant for Rainbow Six Siege and Call of Duty. I want the Lian Li white case incorporated and at least 1tb of SSD. I don't need windows in the total cost I will get it separately.

Are you including peripherals and a monitor for this or do you already have these?  If you already have a monitor, what resolution and Hz is it?

I have all peripherals and monitors, it's 24hertz( Yes I know horrible) but I will buy a better one after,100+ hertz. So only the PC for now thank you!

To make it easier I raised the budget to $700 max

I believe that I've got everything that you mentioned included in this part list. You'll be able to get around 80 FPS @ 1080p with highest settings.

Another option would be to go with a 3400G and then upgrade/add a GPU at a later time. Though right now, we're sold our of the 3400G.
