Thank you for posting on the community!  

What kind of games are you looking to play and at what resolution?  Taking a look at the build, there a few things I noticed that I would change.

I think the 10700k Processor is a beast of a processor and you will want to consider changing the CPU Cooler you selected for something like the Cooler Master Hyper 212.  The Noctua Low Profile CPU Cooler you picked is mainly used in mATX or ITX builds and is priced as a specialized cooler.  

The next thing I would change is the GPU, as an RX 580 would be a big bottleneck for what the 10700K can do.  I would either look at changing the processor to a weaker one like the Intel I5 10600k or a Ryzen 3600X.  You could also consider upgrading the GPU to something like the newly released 3070 or soon to be released RX 6000 series GPUs.  Which these new GPUs coming out, the pricing of current GPUs are also going to drop and if you need to save money, I would like at a lower priced 2060 Super.
