Build for my sister, 3D modeling for interior design, student build with a 750 max

Monitor and and a hard drive gifted for more space. 750 max goal of closer to 700 need help trimming a little off if possible but this might be ok

If I would make any suggestions to cut cost, it would be to move to semi-modular PSU. Since the case does not have a transparent side panel, the cables will not be visible and should be easily tucked away from the rest of the parts. I'd recommend this PSU instead of the one you've selected.
