Order Cancelled no charge?

So I went online and managed to get an order in for the RTX 3070 FE. I got an order confirmation email with the amount charged and everything. couple of hours later I get an email saying that my order was cancelled due to high demand and no stock., and also saying that my account was not charged. My bank account says otherwise. Am I getting my money back?

Hello @John93 Apologies for any confusion here. The charge that you see on your account would be from a pending authorization. No fee was collected. You should see the authorization fall off of your account in the next day or so, as it typically will be released by your bank in 3-5 business days.
