If your going for something at this price range you should go for the 2060 Super. NVIDIA did well with those cards.

These are both extremely similar cards. Technically the 5700XT offers higher performance, however, it depends on the title that you're playing and the card that you're purchasing. Some of these cards are very close in cost to the RTX 3070. Which outperforms both of these cards handily.
