MSI ge62 60f apache pro with weird grinding noise

I have a problem with my MSI ge62 60f apache pro laptop. There is a weird grinding noise coming from under the steel series logo. I think it's one of my hard drives is making that noise. My install is 128 GB near full cap Data is 1T and is 2/3 Full. Please help me confirm this please! The noise is annoying and loud.

This is very likely. The HDD is located just below where the Steel series logo is, on the left side of the system, near the front. Easy way to confirm, remove the bottom, disconnect the drive. Power it on and you should know immediately.
