Protection Plan Question
I picked up a CPU and Motherboard last year with a 2 year protection plan. I am having an issue with the motherboard so I talked to Asus technical support and was told that I needed to RMA it. My question is since I brought the 2 year protection plan, do I have to bring the whole computer to the store so they can check and see the problem first or just the motherboard?

If your board is under a protection plan you can bring just the board itself in rather than your whole system. While you can bring your whole system in, if the whole system isn't covered by your warranty there would be charges for any diagnostics we'd run on it so it's just easier for everybody if you bring in only the parts that are covered.
