I can tell this is a gaming PC. Let's start with the motherboard. Go for an ASrock B450M Pro4, it's a bang for the buck. Next, you probably don't want a 4 year old tech graphics card, go for a 3070 when they're back in stock. Now, I see you have 2 drives. Don't use a SATA drive. Go for an M.2, their cheaper, trust me. Now I'm not sure if you know this already but, AMD Ryzen 5 3600 are among the CPUs that come with a cooler, and the cooler has pre-installed thermal paste.
