A couple of questions for you! What budget did you have in mind for this build? Also, what monitor are you pairing with this build?

Build looks solid overall, keep in mind that Windows does cost an extra $120-140. 

Also, I wouldn't recommend the normal GTX 1660. Either bump down to the 1650 Super which is very close for less, or jump up to the 1660 Super which is better but for a very similar price.

I'd recommend swapping out motherboard for the B450 AORUS Elite unless there was something you specifically wanted from your original choice.

With the additional budget you gain from that swap, I'd strongly recommend going with a 1TB M.2 drive. The Inland 1TB 3D TLC SSD would be what I'd recommend.

Also, you should also be able to upgrade your GPU a bit with that budget change. I'd recommend a 1660 Super of your choice, as you should still be able to stay within your budget. Also what @TSTonyV mentioned about your OS is very important to consider for your budget as well.
