Need Help Choosing Parts
I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice.

Build look solid all around, only thing I'll mention is that if you're planning on overclocking the 9700k (which, if you're buying one of the K chips, you might as well) then the CPU cooler you chose won't cut it. You'd need something beefier for any overclocking. The one you chose is probably fine for stock use, but personally I'd choose the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black edition instead.
Besides that, you don't need Windows 10 Pro unless there's a specific Pro-only feature you're looking for like Bitlocker.
