Winbook TW100 issues any ideas appreciated
I have a Winbook TW100 that doesn't load windows properly, I can get to the recovery page but the touchscreen doesn't work either. Have tried USB to laptop but laptop doesn't "see" it

did you set to boot from usb in the bios?

Sounds like the touchscreen drivers aren't active in recovery mode for some reason. If you attach a mouse or keyboard you should still be able to navigate it.
I'd also check what Intermatrix said, if you're trying to clean install Windows from USB you need to make sure you set it as the boot device.
