Experimenting with this community discussion thing about parts lists.

Been playing games (mostly RPGs Dragon Age, Fallout, Witcher, Mass Effect, Elder Scrolls, and hopefully 2077 soon) for years and want to make a system I can experience them all with ultra graphics.  Also looking to make something that is going to last me at least 5 years.  Even if it means as new games come out in the next 5 years I won't be able to necessarily always play at ultra.  https://www.microcenter.com/site/content/custom-pc-builder-amd.aspx?load=74bd4ac8-458f-4f0b-9b6f-7387a3d4606e

Hey @FloatYourGoat What budget did you have in mind for this build?

It's kind of hard to say what will happen with tech in the next 5 years, but with the recent release of Ryzen 5000 series CPUs and RTX and RX GPUs, the increase in performance has been truly astonishing. If you're able to find budget for them, I'd recommend them for your build.

Sounds good.  I appreciate your input.  As of now I'd like to keep it under 2,000.  I'll look into these.
