PowerSpec B245 doesn't see video card
We bought a PowerSpec B245 and installed a discrete video card (Sapphire Radeon RX 580). We added that card as we need multiple HDMI ports. When I powered up the unit, the video card wasn't recognised. I tried to make changes in the BIOS / UEFI setup but there no options visible. What options do we have?
