Need help choosing parts

Hello, newbie here. I am looking for a wifi access point that has a super low broadcast range and can connect to the internet via ethernet cable. I'm not sure if you guys have it here on micro center. You're one of my best bets.

Modem/internet -> ethernet -> access point -> wifi connected device

I am open to DIY solutions if you have any suggestions. Thanks in advance!

What internet speeds do you have? I could give a better recommendation once we know what speeds you have.

Hey Landshark. I have a 200/200 plan with my provider. I appreciate your suggestion, it looks a little like my current router. It has the frequency options too but the signal is still so strong that people in adjacent apartments can pick up the signal. I am looking for a very weak signal and was hoping that there would be specialized equipment available at microcenter, not another router.

I'm afraid that I don't know anything that would be different than the device type that I recommended.
