Cancel Order

I want to cancel an online order I just made. I paid extra for next day shipping but it's saying it won't ship until 11/19/20 (7 days from now), which completely defeats the purpose. Want this cancelled please. I will just go in-store or somewhere else.

I have submitted a request to get that order cancelled, you should be receiving an email once it is cancelled.

You two seem very capable looking through post history. Can you please confirm that phone support cancelled my order. He seemed to take a long time to confirm it was cancelled. It took forever to get someone and I still haven't gotten a cancellation confirmation email.

I apologize that I did not respond to your original post.  I see that a request for cancellation for order (11403896) has been sent through your phone call with our Micro Center Online team.  You should receive an email for this once the order has been cancelled.

Thank you for posting on the Micro Center Community!  I have sent a request to get that order cancelled and you should receive an email once that cancellation request is finished and your order is cancelled.
