Thank you for posting on the Micro Center Community!  What kind of games and at what resolution are you looking to play at?

I am looking to play at 4k if possible. Planning on playing games like gta5 and cyberpunk (when eventually released) and also planning to stream. Looking for something to last a while and be easily upgraded. This will also be used for development and will be running windows subsystem for linux. I plan on eventually getting a VR rig to work with it.

I see, you will need to look to upgrade your GPU if you are looking to play at 4K with good frame rates.  I would look at at least a 3070 or the upcoming 6000 Series GPUs from AMD.  

You also only need the Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L.  You do not need the UX100 CPU Cooler.

Will the GPU support 1080p? If so, I might get this now and upgrade later.

Yes!  That GPU will do 1080 fine!  Maybe not for highest settings for CyberPunk but a mid high should be good!  Then you can upgrade in the future.
