How does 2-year replacement plan work?

     I ordered recently a 2-year replacement plan (SKU 02405, $4.99) for a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B (SKU 959924, $44.99).

     I was wondering if someone could find out for me how the replacement plan works, and if there is a file I can download describing it, for my records.
     I looked throughout the MicroCenter site, but could not find any info on the plan.
