I put this parts list together and it's for a $1,000 gaming but work pc, I would appreciate any advice.

I think you've got a great selection of parts here. I'd recommend a larger M.2, but I see that you're constrained by your budget. You might find a need for more storage in the future, which is easy to add down the road!Great selections.
