Anyone know anything about availability at the Yonkers store? I’m planning on getting there around midnight before launch. Based on the 3000 series launch I’m a little worried that it might not be early enough.

From what I've been told quantities will be extremely limited at launch. No details on the exact amount yet, but I wouldn't expect it to be more than the NVIDIA quantities.
