online order through phone
Like the title says, I ordered a shippable item by phone because the online site wasn't working for me. They said that the item was successfully bought and I was charged but I never received a confirmation email. My bank account did charge me so I'm wondering whether or not I am going to receive an email to confirm my purchase.
