Hello @Rebeca, are you trying to place a reservation, or place an order online for shipping?
If you're trying to place a shipping order, you can reach out to our Online team at 614-850-3675 - option #3 and we can assist you. If it's an in-store pickup order, your best bet is probably to just come in and try to pick up the item.
