Powerspec RX 5700XT Doesn't Recognize Max Resolution

I just bought a Powerspec G464 with an AMD Ryzen 3900X and a Radeon RX 5700XT. I have an old HP L3065 2560X1600 monitor that I've been using with an old Nvidia card for years without any issues. However, the maximum resolution this Radeon card allows me to select is 1280x800! I'm running the latest Radeon software and the latest version of Windows 10 Pro as of 11/18/20. The monitor uses DVI connectors and the Radeon only has Displayport and HDMI connectors. So I bought a DP to DVI adapter. Could that be the issue? How do I fix this?
