Missing Nvidia Game bundle with purchase of 3080

Hi, I didn't receive a Nvidia game bundle for my purchase of the 3080. It was actually the sales associate that noticed it and said that all the sales they have done, there was a code generated on the receipt. They did tell me that I can try checking the Nvidia website and/or my email, as the receipt was also sent there. Checking the Nvidia website says that I should contact the retailer. I have not received a code via my email. My friend who also purchased a 3080 at the same time, had a code printed on the receipt as well as receiving an email with the code. The 3080 I purchased was the GIGABYTE RTX3080 EAGLE TRIPLE-FAN. Thanks!

Hello, I am also experiencing the exact same issue. I also purchased the GIGABYTE RTX3080 EAGLE TRIPLE-FAN but did not receive a bundle code on my physical receipt or my email receipt. My date of purchase was 11/18/2020. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
