Microcenter, HELP ME!

I'm currently on hold to talk to someone (on hold now for 23 minutes). I was previously on the phone for around the same time until I was disco-ed by Microcenter and called back. I've tried the CHAT option, I click on it and... nothing. 

I placed an order, paid overnight shipping and was expecting to get it tomorrow, got an email it's predicted to ship on the 27th. In a world of fast service, Microcenter falls on its face!
If I can't get it tomorrow, please cancel, but how do I!!!

    Thank you for posting on the Micro Center Community.  I apologize for the issues you are having when it comes to contacting us.  Expedited shipping means that FedEx will take a day to ship; expedited shipping does not speed up the processing speed for the order.  You be receiving an email from me regarding the cancellation email.
