Lian Cool II Front RGB help

This case is amazing. My only issue is I cannot get the lights on the front to work. Has anyone had this issue and figured out how to fix it? I can't even seem to find anything but a short male connector and I believe that's only for the option light strip that goes on the side

I have an ASUS X570 TUF Gaming Plus (WIFI)  mobo if that helps anything

Hey @Mattyc. Are any lights turning on at all or are you just not able to control the light with your motherboard?

Hey LandShark, i also have the same issue. I tried plugging in the ARGB into all of the compatible 5v ports and it will not work. (Gigabyte B450 Pro Wifi)

Are you able to toggle the lights on the front of the case?

Make sure the front panel is fully installed on the case since the RGB connectors are touch pad power. Also, are there any power cables connected to your front IO panel? Such as a Sata power cable? I just built in the Lian Li Lancool II MeshRGB, and it had a SATA cable for powering the RGB (but no touchpad contacts). I built a PC in your case for a friend and had no issues with it. Once your identify a possible power cable, try booting it and hitting the adjustment buttons on the front panel to see if it worked. Let me know if this helped!
