Atari dual fight stick controller arrived damaged

I purchased Item 104281 online to be shipped to my house. I do not live near a microcenter. The product was shipped in the product packaging box only and not inside another box. This meant the product packaging was damaged easily due to shipping. The product packaging was also lacking in protection for the actual product as it only had two small foam inserts on either side of the product. This did not protect the product as mine came with corners of the item smashed in. I like the item, but figuring out how to do a replacement for online only orders has been a chore. So I am posting this here instead. I would like an exchange if I can be guaranteed better packaging of the item. I spoke with others who also ordered online and had it delivered and theirs came with the product package inside a brown box with proper padding added.
