No box return

I used microcenters pc builder to put together my pc. The ram they said was compatible actually is not. I no longer have the box and purchased this 4 days ago. Am I still able to return it even without the box?

Typically we can accept RAM returned without a box. However, it is subject to manager approval and will need to be reviewed in-store before we can be 100% certain we can accept it. I'd recommend bringing it into the store so that we can take a look!
