Need Drive Password
I had a drive restored, at Microcenter, which when given to me had a password on it. I logged into and whenever I accessed the drive Wlocker would need to be run to be able to use the drive. I have since had my PC restored, at Microcenter, but I can't get to any of my photos on it because it prompts for a password. Can Microcenter help me with this? If not how do I get passed the encryption at rest? I didn't ask for this, I only asked for data retrieval and now I can't get to my photos.
