I don't know if this is the computer's problem, but yesterday I just randomly started hearing a disconnecting and reconnecting USB noise and it would not stop. Nothing was disconnecting and everything worked fine. I disconnected all the USBs and still heard the noise. This also popped up on the screen. Some1 please help, I have restarted it, unplugged all the USBs, unplugged the power on my computer and replugged it. i dont know what elese to do
and sometime it will just randomly stop of certain amount of time then come back.

Greetings. Open Device Manager (right click on the Start button and pick Device Manager). Look under "USB Controllers" at the bottom, and expand it, what's listed there? Any errors/warnings listed there?
