Monitor Refresh Rate

Monitor: MSI Optix MAG341CQ 34"
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64
Computer-Monitor Connection: HDMI
Issue: The monitor refresh rate is limited to 30 Hz in Windows.  Do I need a better graphics card than the integrated card?  If so, can someone recommend a reasonably priced one with the best compatibility with my system (Not the cheapest one, but not the most expensive).  I don't really do gaming, but it would be nice to have some room for growth with a new card if one is necessary.  Is there another solution?

You will  note there that it maxes at 4k@30Hz due to the HDMI 1.4 port. I would suggest adding a video card with DisplayPort to support your desired resolution.
