Hello, 
First time building a PC and would be great if experts can opine. Use it mainly for work but also COD Warzone / Cold War. For the graphics card, plan to upgrade when back in stock (liking the 3070) as I eventually want to play 1440p 144h.

    Greetings. What budget did you have in mind for this PC? Everything you have picked out looks solid, if your plan is to get a 3070 once available, that will work fine with what you have.
