McMaster-Carr is my go to for hardware: https://www.mcmaster.com/
I can't see the photos either, but here's a link to the M5x30mm cap head screws they offer. I'm guessing that's what you need. The "Alloy Steel" screws at the top of the page will be plenty strong. https://www.mcmaster.com/screws/socket-head-screws/thread-size~m5/length~30mm/
Alternatively, you might want an assortment like this one from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/DYWISHKEY-Pieces-Stainless-Steel-Socket/dp/B07X3RX915/ref=sr_1_7?dchild=1&keywords=m5+screw+cap+head&qid=1606940242&sr=8-7
Having spares on hand in a variety of sizes has proven useful for me many times.

Hello @Bruce
This is a good question. Would you be able to post the picture of the issue again? It did not seem to upload in your original post. We will look into this and see what your options are. -
Here's another attempt to show the photo:

I've placed an order with them, recieved the screws, and installed them --- problem seems to be resolved. Thanks! -
what type of m5x30 leadscrew did you order? i believe the stock use ball screws

I'm embarrassed to say that I don't know what a ball screw is. But, I've gotten screws and split washers, and that problem is resolved. The printer isn't usable, though... it's trying to print in midair instead of on the bed. Separate issue, which I've been ignoring for way too long.

no worries! does it go through an autolevel probe before every print or just when you do it through the UI? if not you just have to go into your start gcode (in cura its under machine settings in prusaslicer its printer settings, custom gcode, start gcode) and add a G29 a line below your G28, thisll add a leveling before every print but itll also save the level so it actually prints correctly
