Need Help Choosing Parts

An employee helped me put this parts list together and am looking for some advice.
I'm trying to stay in the $700-800 range since I still need peripherals. Would 32Gb of ram be useful or is it really not necessary (for compiling and running code). Is the RX 580 still good just outdated? Any changes or thoughts would be much appreciated.

Most likely Rocket League, Minecraft, Apex, and maybe some Elder Scrolls or Cold War later on

32GB of RAM wouldn't really benefit you. What you have there is solid for the price.
