What are your opinions on my build

Goodafternoon, I'm curious to know what you think about my future build, recommendations are welcomed!
-Ryzen 5 3600 (So hard to find right now)
-MSI Rx 5600 Xt Gaming X
-Western Digital 1 TB
-MSI Aresnal Gaming Motherboard ( B450 Tomohawk)
-Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb 2x8
-EVGA 600 Br power supply
Note* I also want to add some extension wiring so it would look cleaner. I have not looked into mouses and keyboards right now but feel free to recommend me some!

Greetings. What is the intended use of the PC and your overall budget?

A lot of gaming and business marketing, also video streaming. My budget is 850-950 just for the build. I am also looking for a monitor that has 1440p 144hz IPS and 27", willing to spend 375 at most. I'm going to have an additional monitor dedicated to web browsing and research, specs do not necessarily matter, but it has to IPS and 27" as well.
