5600XT rebate

Hello,

I bought a 5600XT graphics card recently (linked below) that has a $30 rebate on it. I'm having trouble claiming the rebate, though. The Microcenter links to the form go to a 404 page, and I can't find it listed on the Asus rebate site.

Any help would be appreciated!

If you go to the website, select Register Rebate, and enter that code, it'll take you through the rest.
