I ordered parts online, but did not get them
It looks like on the website, the parts I ordered are in stock, but I got an email saying that I only got a partial order filled. what can be done about this? will i get the parts when they are in stock?

There are times that some of the items on an order are not available in our warehouses. When that happens we will just cancel those items and ship the ones we have in stock. Now, the items that were canceled will not ship once they are back in stock. You would have to place another order for them once they are back in stock.
Can you provide me with the order number so I can look into this for you?
