My pc temps are horrible

my aio does not do a good job of cooling my CPU i have a Coolermaster 240m liquid pro thing and when I boot I am running at 212 f and idle around the same. in-game I get the same, I have re-applied thermal paste and tried everything I know of could someone tell me what else to do

If you are  running that hot at idle, I would highly recommend to bring the PC in for service so someone can see it in person to help determine what the issues are. An appointment is not needed for service, there may be some available online at https://www.microcenter.com/site/service/service.aspx Otherwise please visit the store with the computer and charger/power cable for assistance, store hours are 9am until 10pm Mon-Sat, 10am-7pm Sun.

What does the monitoring software say about it in regards to pump speed?  The pump may be defective and not spinning fast enough.
