FedEx lost package, says contact seller, now awaiting information from Micro center

FedEx was scheduled to deliver a package to my home. Tracking says that package was delivered, but there is no package. Have contacted FedEx to start a claim, they then said to contact the seller. We contacted micro center and they said we would hear back and it has been over a  week and i have not gotten any new information. Can anyone assist with this?
