I just received confirmation of my order and it will not arrive in time.  I need to cancel order 11861121 because I paid two day shipping for it to get to me on time not by the 11th.  That isn't even two days.  That is 5 business days from today.  I need it before the 8th for a gift.

Also if it can't be canceled I want my shipping refunded since it isn't coming in 2 days.

Hello @Paula I'm sorry about the confusion. All of our orders have a short processing time. Typically this is 5-7 business days. However, for next-day and two-day shipping, we do our best to expedite the processing time as much as possible. For your order, It looks like it has already shipped and updated tracking information has been sent. At this time we are unable to cancel the order. If you do not wish to keep the item, you may refuse it when it is delivered or return the item after it has been delivered. Apologies for any inconvenience here!
