Paid for two day shipping - did not get it.

Hello, my order number is 11496972 . I paid an extra eighty dollars for two day shipping, and it definitely has been far more than two days. I'd like a refund of the shipping fees that I incurred from bumping it up to two day shipping.

    Helo @kyrthrix, sorry you have not received your MSI monitor yet. We looked up your order and it was shipped on 11/27, one day after you made the order on 11/26. With our shipping with Fedex, your shipping process went through the weekend. Saturday and Sunday are not recognized as business days for our shipping. The next business day would have been Monday, 11/30. Looks like your order will be delivered tomorrow. Your tracking number is 399434289470 for fedex.
