I do apologize for the delay in response.  I have made the request to have this order cancelled.  There is a chance it may have been processed already and so you may get an email with the shipping notice.  If this happens you can refuse the item to have it returned.  you will also get an email from us if the order has been cancelled.

So when the item is shipped this is going to be delivered by FedEx.  If we can not cancel it before it ships out, then when FedEx arrives with the item advise the driver that you are refusing the delivery to have the item sent back to the shipper and they will send it back us.

Thanks for clarifying, @TSKevinG! In this scenario, would I be charged both original shipping cost and return shipping cost? Or, would I receive a full refund?

This should be a full refund for it.  I just check our system and now the order is showing as cancelled so you should get the email for this.
