Need Help Choosing Parts

I've got a video card already, I'll upgrade it eventually but it's not really bottlenecking me at the moment. My 3570k is starting to slow me down, though,and this looks like a good baseline system to upgrade from for the next good long time. If I need more cpu, I can drop in anything up to a 5950; my plan for this build is to run the ssd/hdd pair with bcache. I like quiet so the bucks on the fans look like a good spend, and I think those two should be enough for this build,yeah?

Greetings. Everything there looks good to go. The fans you have selected should be fine, the case appears to include a rear fan already and supports 2x 140mm fans on the front.
