I have a problem with a Dell pc purchased at your store about six months ago. Can you help?
The pc has lost audio. I replaced the speakers and checked the settings. Still no sound. Can I bring the pc into your store for a checkup?

Greetings. Yes we are able to look at computers for repairs. If you'd like to bring it in, an appointment is not needed for service, there may be some available online at https://www.microcenter.com/site/service/service.aspx Otherwise please visit the store with the computer and charger/power cable for assistance, store hours are 9am until 10pm Mon-Sat, 10am-7pm Sun.acespellace said:Can I bring the pc to your store for a checkup?
