Unable to verify billing address *SOLVED*

Whenever I submit my
payment info I receive the "Unable to verify address" error, regardless of which debit / credit card I used.
I solved it by:
- using a browser that has cookies enabled
- spelling out the street ( 29th St -> Twenty Nine St)
