Pc wont boot when i enable dopc

5700xt
Corsair vengeance lpx 3600mhz 16gb
When I go into bios and enable dopc to get the full speed of my ram it will go into a sort of boot loop and then start after a few tries with the ram running at 2133 mhz. Dopc is setting the timing at 18-22-22-42 at around 1.35 v, I tried to bump the voltage up to around 1.4v and still got the same results. Not really sure what to do next to get it to run at a higher speed, any help would be appreciated
