I placed this order and paid extra for 2 day shipping but if it ships on 12/12/20 as indicated, it's going to be too late.

Hello - still waiting to hear if this could be canceled.  There was no indication that it woud take 7 days just to ship the order and I need it by Thursday which is why I paid for 2 day shipping

I have submitted a request to cancel that order for you. We will do our best to get that canceled before it ships.
I do apologize for the 7 days of processing time. We have the listed the estimated processing time on our website for each item. The item you ordered does show that it 'usually ships in 5-7 business days.' Unfortunately, the 2-day shipping option would not mean it will be 2-day delivery. It will simply take 2 business days to ship after we have processed the order.
